Introduction

By using C-COTT. (c-cott.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

Our products are premium Egyptian cotton apparel and accessories in extended sizing.
All prices shown are in Egyptian Pound (EGP) and include VAT.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Displayed colors may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping cost depends on the governorate and is shown before order confirmation.
If your order isn't received, a redelivery attempt will be made.

You may exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Exchange due to a different size or color is available as long as the product is in its original condition.
In case of a manufacturing defect, we cover shipping and either replace the product or fully refund its value.
Used or misused products are not covered by return or exchange.

C-COTT. is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
